1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using FreeeCo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About the platform

FreeeCo helps clients and independent professionals discover, communicate about, purchase, and deliver services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, FreeeCo is not a party to the agreement between a client and a service provider.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
  • Keep your password secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
  • Use the platform only for lawful business and professional purposes.

4. Marketplace responsibilities

Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, qualifications, pricing, delivery commitments, taxes, and legal obligations.

Clients are responsible for clear project requirements, timely feedback, and payment for accepted services.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not post deceptive content, infringe intellectual-property rights, send spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, or use FreeeCo for unlawful activity.

6. Payments, cancellations, and disputes

Fees, payment timing, cancellations, refunds, and dispute procedures are governed by the terms displayed when a service is purchased or an engagement is created.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant FreeeCo a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the platform.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates risk for other users, or may expose FreeeCo to legal or security harm.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. FreeeCo does not guarantee the quality, legality, or outcome of services offered by users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeeCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The revised date will be shown above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
