Do you need a backup first?
Yes. If you have no recent backup I take one before touching anything, so your data is safe.
Can you guarantee the site will never be hacked again?
No one can promise that. I remove the infection and harden the site, and I explain how to keep plugins, themes and passwords secure.
What access do you need?
Temporary WordPress admin access and hosting or FTP access. Change the passwords after I finish.
Can you get my site removed from Google blacklists?
I can prepare and help you submit the review request once the site is clean. Google decides how fast it is processed.
