Do you need a backup first?

Yes. If you have no recent backup I take one before touching anything, so your data is safe.

No one can promise that. I remove the infection and harden the site, and I explain how to keep plugins, themes and passwords secure.

Temporary WordPress admin access and hosting or FTP access. Change the passwords after I finish.
