This policy applies to profiles, service listings, job posts, messages, reviews, images, videos, files, links, and all other content shared through FreeeCo.

2. What you may post

Content must be accurate, lawful, relevant to the service offered or requested, and respectful of other users. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you upload.

3. Prohibited content

• Fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory material.
• Sexually explicit content, illegal goods or services, or content that promotes harm.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or attempts to collect sensitive information improperly.
• Personal or confidential information shared without clear permission.

4. Intellectual property

Do not upload material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual-property rights. Use original work or content you are licensed to share.

5. Listings and professional claims

Service listings and profiles must clearly and truthfully describe qualifications, experience, pricing, availability, delivery times, expected outcomes, and affiliations. Results must not be guaranteed when they depend on factors outside your control.

6. Reviews and feedback

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake, manipulated, retaliatory, or improperly incentivised reviews are prohibited.

7. Enforcement

FreeeCo may review, restrict, remove, or report content that violates this policy, applicable law, or the safety and rights of others. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Appeals and reports

When reporting content, include the relevant page link, a clear description of the concern, and any supporting evidence. We may request additional information before taking action.
